Q. Where can I buy a 2027 yearbook?
A. They are on sale from August 16, 2026 - April 30, 2027. Click here. The order number is 17228.
Q. What is the cost?
A. $65 if purchased by August 30, 2026. From August 31 to October 30, the cost is $70.
From October 31 to April 30, 2027, the cost is $75.
Q. What is the deadline for ordering?
A. April 30, 2027. No extra books will be ordered. If Varsity Yearbooks ships us any overruns, they
will retail for $80 in August, 2027. However, we can't count on this.
Q. When will the 2027 yearbooks be delivered?
A. They will be available in the bookstore no later than August 16-20, 2027. We will hold the yearbooks
for 90 days. Thereafter, we can no longer hold your books.
Q. How do I purchase a Senior Ad?
A. Details are here. The deadline to order is Friday, October 30, 2026.
Q. When is School Picture Day for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders?
A. September 28, 2026. Retakes are on November 9, 2026.
Q. Will there be another opportunity for Seniors to take portraits during the school day at West?
A. Yes, this date will be determined and communicated after the beginning of the school year.
Important Dates
August 13 (4:00 - 6:30 p.m.) and August 14 (7:30 - 10:00 a.m.) -- 2026 yearbooks available for pickup in the main entrance foyer. If you are unable to pick up your copy during these windows, visit the school store the week of August 17 during school hours or during regular school hours after the first day of school.
August 30 -- Last Day to Purchase a 2027 Yearbook at Discounted $65 Price
September 28 -- School Picture Day (Grades 9-11)
October 30 -- Deadline to Purchase a Senior Ad
October 30 -- Last Day to Purchase a 2027 Yearbook at Discounted $70 Price
November 9 -- School Picture Retakes (Grades 9-11)
December 18 -- Senior Portrait Deadline
April 30 -- Last Day to Purchase a 2026 Yearbook. The price is $75.
