Q. Where can I buy a 2026 yearbook?
A. They are on sale from August 11, 2025 - April 30, 2026. Click here. The order number is 17228.
Q. What is the cost?
A. $60 if purchased by August 30, 2025. From August 31 to October 24, the cost is $65.
From October 25 to April 30, 2026, the cost is $70.
Q. What is the deadline for ordering?
A. April 30, 2026. No extra books will be ordered. If Varsity Yearbooks ships us any overruns, they
will retail for $80 in August, 2026. However, we can't count on this.
Q. When will the 2026 yearbooks be delivered?
A. They will be available in the bookstore no later than August 17-21, 2026. We will hold the yearbooks
for 90 days. Thereafter, we can no longer hold your books.
Q. How do I purchase a Senior Ad?
A. Details are here. The deadline to order is October 24, 2025.
Q. When is School Picture Day for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders?
A. September 15, 2025. Retakes are on October 27, 2025.
Q. Will there be another opportunity for Seniors to take portraits during the school day at West?
A. Yes, on December 3, 2025.
Important Dates
August 6 (7:30 - 10:00 a.m.) and August 7 (4:00 - 7:00 p.m.) -- 2025 yearbooks available for pickup in the main entrance foyer. If you are unable to pick up your copy during these windows, visit the school store the week of August 11 during school hours.
August 30 -- Last Day to Purchase a 2026 Yearbook at Discounted $60 Price
September 15 -- School Picture Day (Grades 9-11)
October 24 -- Deadline to Purchase a Senior Ad
October 24 -- Last Day to Purchase a 2026 Yearbook at Discounted $65 Price
October 27 -- School Picture Retakes (Grades 9-11)
December 3 -- Senior Portraits at West High
December 12 -- Senior Portrait Deadline
April 30 -- Last Day to Purchase a 2026 Yearbook. The price is $70.
